How we use information

Your email and profile details are used to sign you in, show your profile in the product, and support necessary security auditing such as login timestamps and IP ranges. We do not share personal information with external parties unless required by law or to provide the core service.

Deleting or exporting data

Contact support or your administrator to request account deletion or data export. After deletion, your credentials and related session records are removed within a reasonable timeframe.

Data retention

We keep the minimum account and session information necessary to operate and secure the service. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

File storage and cleanup

Uploaded files are stored in cloud storage and automatically deleted according to subscription plan retention policies. Email reminders are sent before file expiration. File metadata (size, type, upload date) may be processed for storage management. Users can manage their storage through the storage dashboard and manually delete files if needed.
